The Manali to Leh road
route is considered by many to be the greatest and arguably the
toughest motorcycling road in the world. Every year, dozens of bikers

timings are dictated by the amount of snowfall that the passes recieve

for the few summer months, the road is never closed for more than a
day or two, even if the weather is particularly bad.

Jagatsukh Temple
Jagatsukh Shiva Temple is a Shikhara style shrine situated at
Jagatsukh, which is 6 km from Manali, in Himachal Pradesh. Built
around the early 8th century, it has a tri-ratha sanctum roofed by a
Shikhara. The temple is of similar architecture as that of the Naresar
group.
Tibetan Market
Tibetan Market is a cluster of shops in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. The
market is located behind the Hotel Ibex. The market features shops
which sell shawls, woolen clothes, handicrafts, imported goods and
souvenirs.
Manikaran
85 km from Manali and 45 km from Kullu, lies in the Parvati Valley,

dance-homage to the birth anniversary of Guru Padmasambhava.
The Shey Palace
Shey is about 15 kilometres from Leh and is considered one of the most
beautiful villages in Ladakh. It also happens to have one of the
oldest palaces called the Shey palace. Ladakh is a contrast between
the magnificent mountains.
Alchi Choskor
Alchi monastery was founded by the great translator Lotsava Rinchen
Zangpo in 11th century AD. The exquisite murals of Alchi Choskor are
world famous and it is said that the artists were specially brought
